Office hours at our Lakeside Hills Plaza location are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, and our North 72nd Street location is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. After hours emergency care is available by calling 402-572-2020. The answering service will notify the doctor on call.
Appointments can be scheduled by calling our Lakeside office at 402-934-7700, 72nd Street office at 402-572-2020 or 800-775-5909. If you cannot keep an appointment, please call us in advance to let us know and we’ll be happy to reschedule it.
Before your first appointment you will be asked to fill out Patient Registration Forms which asks for your personal, medical and insurance information. Bring your insurance and Medicare cards with you so we can make a copy for our records."
