Dr. Cleaver received his B.A. degree from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA. He then earned his Doctor of Optometry degree at the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. Dr. Cleaver completed externships at the VA in White River Junction., VT; South Boston Community Health Center, MA; Dorchester House Community Center, MA; and at Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center in Phoenix, AZ. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association, Nebraska Optometric Association and prior member of VOSH (Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity). Special Interests in eye care includes ocular disease, contact lenses and family practice.
